Thunder Over Louisville 4-12-08
f/5.6 1/3200 sec, ISO 400 75-300mm lens @180 mm Category: Exposure - Frozen Motion I obviously used an extremely fast shutter speed to freeze this motion. An older photographer informed me that some pilots do not like seeing photos of their planes in flight with the propellers frozen. Apparently the depiction of propellers not rotating is considered a bad omen.
