Lobster Buoy - New Harbor, Maine 10-2-07
f/20 10 sec. ISO 800 Canon 28-200mm lens @80mm This was a night shot, illuminated by a sodium vapor security lamp. This caused a somewhat harsh and surreal contrast. On automatic white balance, the whole photo took on a lime green hue. I changed the white balance using Adobe Camera Raw. This still left parts of the cedar green, and the shadows went to purplish blue. I liked the final effect, and I left the colors as you see them.
